Content at scale: one system, hundreds of assets

How we built a launch library for six Venky's chicken pickle variants from a single art-directed system.

Content at scale · Case study

When Venky's launched six chicken pickle flavours at once, the challenge wasn't making one great image. It was making hundreds that all felt like the same brand.

Start with a system, not a shot

We defined a palette for each variant, a lighting language, prop rules, typography and a set of approved product references. Every later asset was built inside that system.

Then produce in families

  • Hero bottle shots for each variant with ingredient splashes
  • Food pairings matched to regional dishes
  • People-and-expression moments for social
  • 'Pickle Your Taste Buds' street-art murals
  • Brand films, reels and a vertical 'Pickle Blast' ad

Why it matters

Performance marketing rewards fresh creative. A system lets brands refresh weekly without the cost or inconsistency of new shoots, and lets every regional team pull from the same library.
