How to brief a production company (with a checklist)

A good brief saves weeks. Here's the one-page structure we ask every client for.

You don't need a 20-page document to start a great project. You need clear answers to a few questions.

The one-page brief

  • Objective: what should change after people watch or see this?
  • Audience: who exactly, and where will they see it?
  • Message: the one thing they should remember.
  • Deliverables: lengths, formats, languages and channels.
  • Mandatories: logos, legal lines, products, people.
  • Budget range and deadline.
  • References you love, and ones you don't.

What happens next

We reply with questions, then a creative approach and a milestone-based proposal. Once approved, you'll see a schedule and a named producer who owns delivery.
